The location is perfect - within a short walk to a restaurant and grocery store next to Hilton Motel. the Tropical Palm Restaurant is just a quick stroll away, making dining convenient.

The place is exceptionally friendly and has good location in the middle of jackson. Always a very pleasant experience, I would stay there again.

Appreciated it and would like to stay longer. We had a great stay in Crestview. The entire staff was friendly. The rooms were clean with a comfortable bed. The location was good - just next door to a restaurant to eat at next door and Florida and grocery store. Had tea and goodies at Casbah Coffee Company, nestled 1 mi of the hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised by the great condition of the carpet as well. It was definitely better than many larger chain hotels we've stayed in. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, as it was centrally located and easily accessible.

On the downside, we had a minor issue with the fridge, which required us to plug it in upon arrival. Additionally, there was a small hiccup with the check-in process as the manager seemed a bit rude and unhelpful.

The cleanliness of the room was excellent, with everything well-maintained and super clean. the location of the hotel brought back fond memories as I had lived in this city 43 years ago. It was a nostalgic trip down memory lane.
